Peter Doyle leadership Coaching

Peter Doyle - B.Psych (Hons), MAPS, MCOP, MCCOUNP

Peter Doyle is the founder of Peter Doyle Coaching and Guidelight Psychology, operating since 1994. He has been a registered practicing psychologist since 1989 and has extensive business, clinical and academic experience. Peter is a fully registered Psychologist (General Registration), and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) of Counselling Psychologists and Organisational Psychologists.

Peter employs a positive psychology framework in his work, which brings him immense satisfaction in guiding and empowering leaders, managers, and executives to realise their full potential and inspire their team members to do the same.

As an executive coach, his mission is to impart valuable knowledge and insights to each of his clients to help them achieve better outcomes in both their personal and professional lives.

Peter is also an accomplished presenter and group facilitator, delivering leading edge one day workshops and seminars to groups of people on:

MARCO KORN - Leadership Coach

MARCO KORN BA (HONS) PSYCH MAPS

Marco is a fully registered Clinical Psychologist, a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychology. He also has a wealth of experience in Organisational Psychology.

Marco has worked with adults of all ages, in varied walks of life, including people in leadership roles at work or in the community. Marco has over 30 years of experience supporting people and workplaces navigate life’s challenges to achieve growth and maintain health and well-being.

Marco’s approach to his work is one of deep respect and deep listening.

His areas of expertise are helping adults with:

  •          Depression, Anxiety and Stress

  •          Workplace issues

  •          Leadership challenges

  •          Career issues

  •          Coping with major life changes

  •          Dealing with traumatic experiences including injury and ill health

  •          Family and relationship conflict

Marco draws on evidence-based approaches such as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Family Systems theory. He also draws on other models such as Mindfulness and compassion based practices, and working with dreams.

Marco “meets people where they are at”, and tailors his approach to the individual and their needs and goals. His practice principals are grounded in the deep respect and support of people’s inherent dignity.

DUNCAN ARMSTRONG - Leadership Coach

DUNCAN ARMSTRONG, OAM

Duncan became a household name with his upset win in the 200m freestyle in 1988, when he claimed one of only three Olympic Gold medals Australia won at the Seoul Games.

Coached by the unstoppable & charismatic coach Laurie Lawrence, Duncan’s success in the pool led to honours such as Young Australian of the Year and the Order of Australia medal. Duncan broke the 200 freestyle World Record to win Australia’s 100th medal in Olympic competition and his career in the pool spanned 10 years proudly representing the Green and Gold.

Nowadays Duncan divides his time raising his five children with his wife Rebecca, a corporate career with Telstra, media work with swimming, corporate coaching, and numerous charitable commitments across the country.

Duncan is an accomplished keynote presenter and Guidelight workplace performance group workshop facilitator. With many years’ experience in the media industry, including television and radio, he brings great depth to his role as a motivational corporate coach and as a consultant within the Guidelight Leadership Circle.

NAOKO BRIDLE - Gold Coast psychologist

NAOKO BRIDLE, BPSYCH, BBIOMEDSC, MPSYCLIN, PHD CANDIDATE

Naoko is a Gold Coast psychologist with a special interest in issues related to marital conflict, marital discontent after childbirth, work-life balance, dealing with changes, stress, anxiety and depression. She has worked with and supported many individuals and couples to resolve stress and conflict issues.

Noako has highly developed skills and expertise in supporting individuals and couples to accommodate and revitalize their resilience and self-actualisation, and is experienced in assisting with:

  • Couple relationship conflict and communication issues;
  • Work-related challenges and work-life balance techniques;
  • Dealing with change;
  • Advanced stress management techniques and solutions;
  • Effective tools/strategies for dealing with anxiety or depression.

 

Naoko works from a Gottman Institute Couple Counselling approach, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Brief Psychotherapy, and has earned an extensive range of university qualifications including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Griffith University;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Bond University;
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from IUHW in Tokyo;
  • Currently a PhD candidate with IUHW.

 

Naoko’s professional memberships include registration with the APA (American Psychology Association) and The Association of Japanese Clinical Psychology. Since 2015 has been a director of Kokoro Centre in Tokyo focusing on providing a healing and educational environment for corporates, individual and couple clients.
